My name is Eric Alfonso Andrade-Rosales. I am the proud owner of Optimized Home Improvement LLC. Our LLC was established in May 2023 and has been licensed since June 2026. Personally, we started in the year 2020. Unfortunately, I graduated from high school during the pandemic of 2020. Everything and everywhere was shut down. I got laid off as a salesperson at a mall due to the shutdown and didn’t know what to do. Luckily, I got the opportunity to get a two-week work gig to help renovate an attic. Once the two weeks were completed, like most 18-year-olds at this time, I didn’t have any work again.
Only this time, I knew what career path I wanted to take in. The trades. Although I didn’t have any contacts, family members, or connections, I somehow was able to find a GC that was willing to give me a chance to install LVP flooring. I had no clue how to install it, but that wasn’t going to stop me! I gathered all the tools I could find around the house. Only a hammer, measuring and a school #2 pencil… not much. I paid someone for a weekend to show me how to install it and I got the hang of it quickly. Next thing you know, that GC sent three more apartments! With in three years I was able to meet multiple general contractors, home investors, and most importantly, homeowners. In that spam, I self-taught my self in order: flooring, finish carpentry, painting, cornices, accent walls, cabinetry, doors, drywall, tile, staining, and more! That is when I knew I had to make the step make it official. To establish Optimized Home Improvement LLC.
